Sherman did an excellent and thorough inspection. I was with him for most of the inspection, and he talked me through what he was looking for and any potential concerns. He answered my questions patiently and competently. My contract is a backup offer, so I had access to a previous home inspection report for the home. Top Line's report was more comprehensive (he found more potential issues) and more informative. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Referred to Top Line Home Inspections and couldn't be happier. We have had a home inspection done with other companies in the past and were left wanting; this was not the case with Top Line. Our inspector Sherman was courteous and professional and handled all of our questions and concerns with aplomb. I'm confident that we found all the potential issues that might arise in years to come.
